Creative Business Cup Estonia’s winner is Sorry as a Service

Creative Business Cup Estonia’s jury chose the winner   –   Sorry as a Service will represent Estonia in global Creative Business Cup competition in Copenhagen.

Sorry as a Service is a customer retention platform that enables businesses to send apologies, measure, track and optimise their retention activities and reduce churn.

„Sorry as a service includes service design, profitable business model and a strong social acpect as they are using disabled people for preparing their apologies,“ a member of a jury, investor Yrjö Ojasaar said.

Sorry as a service helps companies to predict churn when a customer complaints or has an issue, and then suggest the most effective actions for the agent to take to rebuild the relationship in order retain the client. They integrate with CRMs either through a browser plugin, or directly with an API.

Two runner-ups, Heelosophy, which produces supports to help to reduce the pain of wearing  high heels and Sõsar producing high quality skin care products, made of the best natural ingredients from Nordic nature, will accompany the winner in Copenhagen.

Creative Business Cup Estonia was organized by Creative Estonia together with Estonian Business School, Creativity Lab, Tallinn Business incubators and Tartu Creative Hub.
