Gleb Maltsev Pitching training
Runs Stoneful, a creative content agency that practices the art and craft of communication — through writing, presentations, and design. He is a co-founder of Fundwise, the crowd investment platform for small and medium-sized businesses in the CEE region. He is an award-winning pitch trainer and has worked with companies across every major sector, be it a SaaS platform, a Telecom or a decades-old freight forwarder. Each year, he trains the companies for Ajujaht, Mektory, EAS trade fairs, and has cofounded the Prototron Academy. Before handling marketing at Trigon Capital, he has helped build Fits.me, a company that has been covered by both Wired and Vogue as well as Bloomberg. The company has since been acquired by Rakuten in July of 2015.

 

Juko-Mart Kõlar Business model training
Estonian Business School Doctoral student in the speciality of management sciences. He has graduated from the Estonian Humanitarian Institute at the Tallinn University in the speciality of sociology and the Sibelius Academy in the speciality of Cultural Administration.

He has also studied as an exchange student in the United States of America, studied conducting at the Estonian Music Academy and sociology at Helsinki University. He works as the Managing Director of MTÜ Eesti Muusika Eksport (Estonian Music Export).

 

Sirla CIO – Chief Inspiration Officer at SprayPrinter
Sirla is the head organizer of an international street art festival Stencibility that is held now for 7 times. Rumours say that she is the head of the notorious girl crew and active as an street artist but no one has the proofs. She is currently studying communications at Tartu University in the masters programme. In SprayPrinter Sirla is the marketplace manager for ready-made designs building up the artists community surrounding SprayPrinter.

 

 Kaspar Hanni  EstBAN
   Kaspar is coaching on business development, advising startup entrepreneurs and experimenting with early business ideas. He likes working with teams building epic new stuff.Previously, Kaspar has been responsible for Baltics enterprise sales organization of Microsoft. Earlier experience has included partner business management and consultancy. Kaspar has a background in communications software and operations.

   Alissa is Founding Partner at Estelon / Alfred & Partners. Estelon is renowned worldwide as one of the best high-end designer-luxury audio brands based in Tallinn, Estonia. Previously she worked as a Head of Center for Executive Education at Tallinn University of Technology.
