II St Petersburg International Cultural Forum is being held from 2nd to 4th December in the City of St Petersburg in accordance with the directive of the Russian federal Government from 30th of July 2013 No. 1342-p “On the organisation and conducting of the yearly St Petersburg International Cultural Forum”.

The Forum is being organised by the Government of the Russian Federation in active collaboration with the Government of St Petersburg, and isaimed at the protection and promotion of the Russian culture, the support of cultural initiatives on the regional, federal, and international levels, and the development of the international cultural collaboration. 

The II St Petersburg International Cultural Forum offers a uniquely comprehensive opportunity to discuss the problems and trends of the current cultural life, worldwide as well as Russian, a ground for a fruitful dialogue for those who represents different spheres of culture, artists, scholars, businesspeople, and politicians.
