the_baltic_sceneThe Baltic Scene – a marketing and exportplaform for Baltic music is in search of a economically thinking creative strategic planer. The Baltic Scene is a marketing and exportplaform for Baltic music  started in 2011  at the moment active as a international web environment and a  radioprogram in Estonia and Latvia.

The  Baltic Scene aims to become a support structure for Baltic musicscene in order to increase the international reach of music from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

With its aims The Baltic Scene increases the overall knowledge about Baltic music and increases in  a long term perspective the importance of musicindustry  and – export in the economical systems of Estonia,Latvia and Lithuania.

Our team needs a person, who together with  the author of the idea will develop the original ideas and  create a plan of activities in order to reach the set goals.

The person suitable as a candidate has critical and  economical  thinking, has an enterprising nature, is ambitious and purposeful, loves music and is creative.

The Baltic Scene offers an opportunity to be part of a international, exacting and exciting operation which has an influence in the  fields of creativity, economics and  society. Part of the development of the  project and businessplan  is also creating the payroll fund.
